Справедливости ради, скажу, что очень много жалоб на систему продажи билетов, очереди, работу гардероба и грубость сотрудников.

И только одна жалоба от коренной петербурженки, которая недовольна, что раньше посетителей заставляли надевать на обувь специальные тапочки или бахилы, а теперь всю уличную соль тащат во дворец.
