В своей апелляции защитник адвокат Ану Тоомемяги-Кивистик ходатайствовала о полном оправдании своего клиента, а прокурор требовал наказать обвиняемого лишением свободы на полгода.
В итоге Кивиту нужно будет выплатить 2500 евро частями в течение 12 месяцев со дня вступления решения суда в силу, то есть по 208,33 евро в месяц.
