Итого 189,9 млрд иен (около $1,2 млрд). А дефицит госбюджета в 2024 году нарисовался в объеме около $7,2 млрд (2,7% к ВВП). Вспоминаю, какой шум с подачи президента Токаева поднялся после паводков, как озабоченно побежали господа чиновники самосеквестироваться. А что, сейчас не тот случай? Проекты законов о займах есть, а о секвестре – чегой-то отсутствуют. Волшебного пинка не хватает?

Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content.
