Или оставит семью одну на пожаре? Так зачем тогда по каждому поводу принимать отдельный закон? Так и складывается зарегулированность, убивающая естественную жизнь и мораль. Должна работать простая человеческая логика - побежал, оставил свой пост в трудную минуту, пошел вон из системы.
