К сожалению, у меня почти не оставалось надежд с самого начала - был бы он живой, после поднявшейся шумихи его уже давно отпустили бы. Убит "своими". В кавычках, потому что для меня не могут быть своими беспредельщики, даже если они находятся по нашу сторону фронта. Фронт проходит еще в наших душах. И война не может быть оправданием вседозволенности и распущенности.
Присоединяюсь к тем, кто призывает к честному и справедливому расследованию случившегося. Бентли знали в России, знали за рубежом, за его работой следили те, кто нас поддерживает и для кого его блог был единственным источником информации об этой войне. Если не будет проведено честного расследования, это будет не пятно, это будет черная дыра на нашей общей репутации.
Людмиле, жене Рассела, соболезную. Она до последнего не теряла веры и делала все, чтобы найти мужа. Как все донецкие, как все верные русские женщины.
