Ранее Баир Очиров был помещён в СИЗО до 16 февраля 2025 года. Однако, оттуда его выпустили раньше, как сообщает пресс-служба Советского районного суда.
Как пояснили в суде, в ходе расследования были установлены и допрошены основные свидетели обвинения, изъяты вещественные доказательства, в связи с чем, часть обстоятельств, послуживших основанием для избрания меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу в отношении Очирова, отпали.
Напомним, что Баир Очиров обвиняется в злоупотреблении служебным положением.
