🔰در طول سال‌های اخیر بودجه وزارت آینده ساز آموزش پرورش از بودجه عمومی کشور، در حدود ۹درصد بطور میانگین بوده است، این رقم در سال‌هایی چون اجرای رتبه بندی معلمان افزایش یافته است. عمده بودجه این نهاد مهم صرف هزینه‌های جاری پرسنلی میشود و سهم بحث کیفیت بخشی و غیر پرسنلی در حدود ۷تا ۲درصد در سالیان مختلف متغییر است.

The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation."
