🟤мясное пюре 200 гр 🟤яйцо 1 шт 🟤манная крупа 2 ст.л 🟤молоко 2 ст.л 🟤любые приправы (у нас паприка)
☑️взбиваем отдельно белок до крепких пиков, все остальные ингредиенты взбиваем вместе. вмешиваем аккуратно лопаткой белок в основную смесь и раскладываем по формочкам. 30 минут на 180С.
вкусно и быстро. я делаю сразу много и убираю в морозилку, всегда есть готовый обед😄
