При обстреле частично разрушено здание Изюмского горсовета, повреждено здание налоговой инспекции и 170 квартир в трёх многоэтажных домах.
По предварительным данным Харьковской областной прокуратуры, удар был нанесён баллистической ракетой «Искандер».
На данный момент спасатели завершили поисково-спасательную операцию.
