40-летний бывший врач-ветеринар Руслан Хазыков отправился на войну добровольцем в 2022 году. Он воевал в Харьковской, Донецкой и Луганской областях, а в феврале уволился по состоянию здоровья.
Какие обязанности будет выполнять Хазыков на своём посту, Жданов не уточнил.
