Более того. Правила внутреннего распорядка в СИЗО имеют отдельную оговорку, что все встречи идут под видеофиксацию. Правила внутреннего распорядка в ИК, про видео ничего не говорят, есть только запрет не записывать аудио (пункт 228 правил). Ну а раз запрета нет и очень хочется, то можно.
И в крайнем случае, это все легко и изящно легализуется через часть 3 статьи 8 закона об адвокатуре. Получается судебное разрешение о проведении ОРМ в отношении адвоката и все спокойно пишется.
ВСЕ адвокаты об этом знают и ведут себя в СИЗО и колониях соответствующе.
Я к чему это говорю. А к тому, что журналисты опять делают сенсацию там, где ее нет. Сенсации нет. Адвокатской тайны тоже нет. Все в мире суета сует.

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data.
