Новосибирский государственный университет (НГУ) выступил инициатором создания Ассоциации разработчиков дронов. Вместе с вузом в неё вошли четыре компании-разработчика и Сибирский научно-исследовательский институт авиации (СибНИА) им. С. А. Чаплыгина, сообщили в пресс-службе вуза.
В дальнейшем в Ассоциацию войдут разработчики и производители беспилотников и их комплектующих, а также те, кто создают систему управления для дронов. Таких организаций в Новосибирской области не менее 10-15. Как пояснили в пресс-службе, создание Ассоциации отражает стратегический курс университета на развитие направления подготовки кадров и решения научно-исследовательских задач в области управления и конструирования БАС.

Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Crude oil prices edged higher after tumbling on Thursday, when U.S. West Texas intermediate slid back below $110 per barrel after topping as much as $130 a barrel in recent sessions. Still, gas prices at the pump rose to fresh highs.
