Теперь студентки вузов и колледжей на заочном обучении при появлении первого ребёнка в семье получат сертификат на 345 тысяч рублей. А также те женщины, которые родили первенца в течение года после выпуска. Раньше этой мерой пользовались только студентки по очной и очно-заочной форме обучения. Для них условия не изменились.
