Кроме того, обустроены репетиционный и камерный залы с гримерными, выставочное пространство, помещения для творчества и универсальные спортзалы, три кафе на разных этажах.
"Полярный" изменился внутренне и внешне. Площадь здания увеличилась более чем вдвое. На прилегающей территории сделали уютное пространство с детскими площадками и спортивным кластером.
