Н.К.Черкасова (класс профессора А.А.Музиля), который окончил в 1968-м. В 1969 году был принят в труппу Ленинградского академического театра драмы имени А.С.Пушкина (ныне Александринский театр) — его сцене артист посвятил 55 лет жизни.
В Александринке советский и российский актер сыграл более 70 ролей. Одна из последних — роль Анаксагора в спектакле "Демагог".
Фильмография Виктора Семеновского насчитывает десятки ролей. Он сыграл в таких фильмах и сериалах, как "Двенадцать месяцев", "Пятеро с неба", "Блокада", "Жизнь Клима Самгина", "Духов день", "Улицы разбитых фонарей", "Вовочка", "Убойная сила", "Литейный", "Лиговка", "Время Синдбада" и других.
