Из основных выводов:
1. Проект по созданию порта может занять порядка 4 лет (с учётом различных согласований).
2. Окупаемость проекта плавает в зависимости отряда факторов (см фото в виде облака).
3. Проекты могут быть реализованы в виде ГЧП и консессии. Концессионер реально может вложить не более 10% средств, остальное - это государство.
4. В такой проект может входить кто угодно, но с высокой вероятностью до завершения дойдет только очень крупный инвестор с хорошим GR ресурсом.

False news often spreads via public groups, or chats, with potentially fatal effects.
