Сейчас, спустя полгода, стало немного легче. Но когда он долго плачет, а я не могу его успокоить – все повторяется.
Я пробовала говорить себе что это пройдет, это нормально что дети плачут, пробовала нагружать себя физически (приседаниями или что-то в этом роде). Но ничего не помогает. Я не знаю уже что делать.
