Мне иногда хочется прям стукнуть мужа с его ОКР. Не представляете как это тяжело – находиться рядом с ним и его повторяющимися действиями (компульсиями). Они сильно «бьют» по мозгу и жутко бесят. Он прекрасно знает о своём диагнозе, но ничего не хочет с этим делать. Этот человек мне не чужой и мне безумно грустно, что он так мучается.
Хочется, чтобы он начал ходить к психологу, но заставить его я не смогу. Я даже не знаю, как завести об этом разговор. Ни разу не пробовала, но кажется, что я либо нарвусь на конфликт, либо не получу ничего внятного. Что мне делать? Как смириться с его «ритуалами» и как научиться абстрагироваться от них?
