Машина разработана по заказу ассоциации «Росспецмаш», а ее производство обошлось в 30 млн рублей. Проект реализовывался в течение четырех лет. Основная цель проекта - разработка электрической платформы с высокоплотной батареей, энергоэффективным приводом и функцией рекуперации энергии.
К 2035 году планируется выпускать до 150 таких машин ежегодно.
