ЧП произошло вечером 27 февраля в Новой Усмани на ул. 70 Лет Победы возле дома № 2.
На кадрах видно, как к мусорным бакам подъехала машина, и кто-то поджёг некий предмет и бросил его в контейнер. После чего раздался взрыв, который был слышен на весь микрорайон. Сработала сигнализация в машинах.
- Данное действие нельзя оставлять безнаказанным, видео необходимо передать органам власти, – пишут местные жители.
