Заметила за это время, что меня мотивирует, вдохновляет и заряжает даже просто прокручивание в голове и прописывание в дневнике каких-то моментов, по типу: "От каких привычек я хочу отказаться?", "Что даёт мне вдохновение?", "За что я особенно благодарна себе в этом месяце?".
Сила мысли - великая сила. Достаточно самых маленьких усилий, чтобы проработать себя и свою жизнь, направить всё в нужное русло и быть счастливее.🤎
