В Красноярске вытрезвитель заработал в сентябре, за несколько месяцев в нем побывали 403 человека. Самый «молодой» вытрезвитель в крае открылся в Норильске в декабре, его уже успели посетить 37 человек.
Начальник полиции Александр Речицкий заявил, что «значительное количество» посетителей вытрезвителя обратились за помощью в эти учреждения сами.

Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts.
