Об этом заявил Председатель ГД Вячеслав Володин в ходе рассмотрения проекта бюджета на 2025-2027 годы. Сегодня законопроект был принят в первом чтении.
«Понимая ответственность, сделаем все для того, чтобы законопроект о бюджете был доработан, стал более качественным, ориентированным на решение проблемных вопросов в наших регионах, с которыми люди сталкиваются в здравоохранении, образовании, ремонте учреждений социальной сферы, коммунальном хозяйстве», — сказал Председатель ГД.

Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats.
