Министерство обороны США сообщило, что 11 июля на церемонии в Форт-Эйзенхауэре было введено в строй и представлено командование подразделения роты «Чарли» (рота «Капибара»).
Рота «Чарли» стала последним подразделением 11-го кибербатальона «Левиафан», который обеспечивает тактические наземные кибероперации, радиоэлектронную борьбу и информационные операции.
Теперь «Левиафан» имеет четыре роты с общей численностью более 300 человек, а также пять сформированных экспедиционных групп кибер- и электромагнитных действий (ECT – expeditionary CEMA teams).
Также сообщается, что к сентябрю 2027 года Пентагон планирует создать 12 групп ЕСТ – по одной на каждую дивизию армии, чтобы «обеспечить наступательные кибервозможности, функции РЭБ и информационное преимущество».

DFR Lab sent the image through Microsoft Azure's Face Verification program and found that it was "highly unlikely" that the person in the second photo was the same as the first woman. The fact-checker Logically AI also found the claim to be false. The woman, Olena Kurilo, was also captured in a video after the airstrike and shown to have the injuries.
