Так грузы будут проходить через порты Ростовской и Астраханской областей в иранскую гавань Бендер-Аббас и обратно. Коридор может частично заменить морской пути через Суэцкий канал: по нему будут проходить грузы, которые не успевают вывозить по железнодорожным путям восточного направления.
