Ответ кроется в том, что при сообщении минировании БЦ, ТРК, предприятия и т.д. всех людей выгоняют на улицу, где уже вскоре появляется и ТЦК, и наряд полиции, и бусик.

Как я и писал ранее, Киев рассчитывает предпринять еще одно медийное наступление, как было с Курской областью. Тем более что и там у Вермахта всё хуже и хуже ситуация. Наиболее вероятным местом для удара я считаю Приднестровье.
