Доходная часть областного бюджета определена в сумме 134 млрд рублей. Расходная часть – 149 млрд 569,8 млн рублей. 53 процента всех расходов приходится на отрасли социальной сферы: образование, здравоохранение, социальная политика, культура и спорт.
