"Опасность, прежде всего, состоит в том, что "русизмом", т. е. демагогией о необходимости борьбы за сохранение русской культуры, памятников старины, за "спасение русской нации", прикрывают свою подрывную деятельность откровенные враги советского строя... Представляется необходимым пресечь указанные враждебные проявления с тем, чтобы предупредить нежелательные процессы, которые могут возникнуть в результате деятельности антисоветских элементов, прикрываемых идеями "русизма".
Собственно, поэтому Андропов это мразь антирусская и тварь вербованная. Полностью согласен со Стратегом Диванного Легиона в оценки деятельности данного персонажа
