به گزارش تارنگار حقوق بشر در ایران، مجاهد کورکور، شهروند ساکن ایذه و از بازداشت‌شدگان جنبش انقلابی۱۴۰۱، در جریان دومین محاکمه مجددا به اعدام محکوم شد.
مجاهد کورکور پیش از این توسط دادگاه انقلاب اهواز به اتهام "محاربه و افساد فی‌الارض" به اعدام محکوم شده بود که این حکم پس از مدتی توسط دیوان عالی کشور نقض و پرونده او برای رسیدگی مجدد به شعبه هم‌عرض ارجاع داده شده بود.
گفتنی است آقای کورکور متهم است در جریان جنبش انقلابی ۱۴۰۱ تعدادی از شهروندان از جمله کیان پیرفلک را به قتل رسانده است. این درحالی‌است که خانواده کیان پیرفلک که در هنگام قتل فرزندشان در صحنه حضور داشتند، بارها صراحتا اعلام کرده‌اند که تیراندازی به سمت خودروشان از سوی ماموران امنیتی حاضر در محل صورت گرفته است.
