🔵کارگاه آموزشی برنامه‌نویسی کوانتومی که با همکاری اطلس کوانتوم و انجمن رمز دانشگاه علم و صنعت ایران در دانشکده ریاضی و علوم کامپیوتر برگزار شد، به مدت ۶ ساعت ادامه یافت.

🔴در ساعت نخست، خانم دکتر مشهدی، رئیس محترم دانشکده ریاضی و علوم کامپیوتر، ضمن خوشامدگویی به شرکت‌کنندگان محترم، آقای دکتر لاریجانی را به معرفی محاسبات کوانتومی و یادگیری ماشین کوانتومی دعوت کردند.

🔵بخش‌های دوم و سوم این کارگاه با ارائه کدنویسی عملی توسط آقای کوکانی، دانشجوی مقطع کارشناسی ارشد دانشگاه تهران، به پایان رسید.

The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said. The account, "War on Fakes," was created on February 24, the same day Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a "special military operation" and troops began invading Ukraine. The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel.
