💰 В январе 2025 года наибольшее снижение за месяц как и год назад показал объем выдач ипотечных кредитов. Анализ Frank RG показал, что сокращение за месяц составило 54,1%, до 126,8 млрд руб. (годом ранее он упал сразу на 65,5% в январе). Снизился на 6,7% и средний размер выдаваемого кредита, составив 4,5 млн руб. На 51,5% упало и число таких кредитов, до 28,1 тыс. штук.

💰 Динамика сокращения выдачи ипотеки самая существенная по сравнению с другими видами розничного кредитования. Так, в январе 2025-го автокредитование снизилось на 26,5%, до 84,7 млрд руб., POS-кредитование - на 5,8%, до 23,7 млрд руб. Единственным сегментом, где объем выдач вырос это сегмент кредитов наличными: на 6,4%, до 206,4 млрд руб.
