Напоминаю, что в случае обнаружения в небе подобных летательных аппаратов необходимо незамедлительно сообщить по телефонам: ☎️ дежурной службы УФСБ по Орловской области 8 (4862) 43-76-36, дежурной части УМВД России по Орловской области 8 (4862) 43-32-32, либо на единый номер службы спасения – 112.

Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use. While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine.
