Когда вода закипит, снять пену. 📝 Далее добавляем крупно - нарезанную картофель, лук, соль, накроем крышкой и поставим в заранее нагретую духовку до 140 градусов на 3 - 4 часа. (Смотрим, чтобы не было бурного кипения). 📝 За 20 минут до приготовления добавляем любимые специи. 📝 Из готового бульона достаем рульку и разбираем на небольшие кусочки, срезая мясо с кости. 📝 Подаем блюдо порционно, в каждую тарелку добавляем зелень и по желанию чеснок. 📝 Можно готовить без картошки, тогда получается, как горячий холодец.
