По данным новостного агентства, водитель грузовика Mercedes выезжал задним ходом с внутренней территории спорткомплекса «ВТБ-Арена» и не заметил человека в темноте. Мужчину, которым оказался Олег Чурилов, доставили в больницу с множеством переломов. Спасти его не удалось.
В отношении водителя грузовика возбуждено уголовное дело по ч. 3 ст. 264 УК РФ (нарушение ПДД и эксплуатации транспортных средств, повлекшее смерть человека). Ему грозит лишение свободы на срок до пяти лет.
