В Лондоне лошади Дворцовой кавалерии короля Великобритании Карла III сбросили наездников и сбежали.

Одна из сбежавших лошадей врезалась в автомобиль и разбила в нём заднее стекло. Другая столкнулась с городским автобусом.

Очевидцы сняли на видео лошадей с седлами без наездников, которые бежали по улице, при этом грудь и копыта белой лошади были покрыты кровью, видимо от осколков…

Кто-то слышал о чем-то подобном в истории?

And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users.
