По данным портала ЕРЗ: 1️⃣ первое место занимает ГК Эскадра (53 222кв.м), 2️⃣ на втором месте компания Восточный ЛУЧ (46 380кв.м), 3️⃣ замыкает тройку ГК DNS Девелопмент (33 704кв.м).
Примечательно, что в двадцатку лидеров среди застройщиков по Приморскому краю вошли 18 региональных компаний и всего два федеральных игрока: ПИК и Талан.
Напомним, в начале 2025 года также произошла смена лидеров по объему строящегося жилья в Приморье. На первое место взлетел «Самолет».
