«Казённый винный склад №1» (советский завод «Кристалл») не особо популярен у горожан — после вывода отсюда производства водки, превратить место в условный «Хлебозавод» так и не вышло. Но в этой его урбанистической недосказанности есть свое очарование:
- полезность — от музея ретро-автомобилей до разных лавок и мастерских,
- приятность — любители промышленной дореволюционной архитектуры и объектов типа гигантских цистерн для хранения спирта, жд-платформ для погрузки готовой продукции, сохранившихся советских артефактов (таблички и тд), уходящих в никуда рельс, каменных домиков и статных цехов (комплекс построен в 1901 году) — вам точно надо побродить по закоулкам этого памятнику промарха,
- отчужденность — здесь чаще всего очень малолюдно,
- доступность — красиво стоит недалеко от центра, на Яузе (ул. Самокатная, 4), а вход на территорию — ежедневно свободный.
