Красноярский краевой суд оставил в силе приговор в отношении бывшего замглавы Росприроднадзора, экс-префекта Северного административного округа Москвы Олега Митволя.
В середине сентября 2023 года он был осужден на четыре с половиной года колонии за хищение почти 1 млрд рублей при проектировании красноярского метрополитена.
На имущество Олега Митволя (квартира и нежилое помещение в Москве, два дорогостоящих автомобиля) был наложен арест, стоимость активов соразмерна причиненному ущербу.
Бывший чиновник и его правозащитники попытались обжаловать приговор, заявив в апелляции, что при вынесении решения суд не учел наличие у обвиняемого пожилой матери-инвалида, благодарностей и ведомственных наград, поручительства депутатов Госдумы РФ и службу в федеральном правительстве.
