Минфин ратует за внесудебное списание долгов и налоговых платежей с россиян : т.е. на усмотрение взыскивающей стороны . Один щелчок клавиши, и :"было ваше - стало наше!"... Хм. А зачем вообще усложнять? Можно россиянам вообще не выдавать денег , а выдавать немного зерна и ботинки - одни зимние, и одни летние ... И никаких проблем с платежами!...Кстати : тем кто чем-то не доволен можно не выдавать зимние ...🤔
