7 марта Посольство США сообщило о возможных терактах в Москве в течение двух суток.

Спустя две недели, 22 марта, после теракта на концерте группы «Пикник» в Крокусе – сообщение о предупреждении пропало с русскоязычной версии сайта Посольства (первый скриншот). Но осталось висеть на англоязычной версии сайта (второй и третий скриншот).

The page is rife with disinformation, according to The Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, which studies digital extremism and published a report examining the channel. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies.
