«Наша задача записаться на прием. Повод – несостыковки законодательства, которые не дают человеку исполнить свой долг – встать в ряды защитников Родины. Через администрацию СИЗО №3 Паутов уже подал заявление на имя прокурора области Игоря Донгаузера с просьбой записать его на прием к Генпрокурору РФ», - заявил адвокат экс-депутата Александр Чудинов.
Паутов находится под стражей с 17 октября 2023 года. Он обвиняется в посредничестве при передаче взяток в мэрию Челябинска и мошенничестве. Расследование по делу Паутова вылилось в возбуждение уголовных дел в отношении двух бывших вице-мэров Челябинска Владимира Слободского и Сергея Репринцева.

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
