Wasser in eine Topf zusammen mit der Seife auf mittlerer Stufe erwärmen
nun fügt ihr Olivenöl und ätherisches Öl hinzu
Rührt es gut um und gebt nun so viel Speisestärke dazu, bis das Gel die richtige Konsistenz hat.
Ihr könnt auch frische Kräuter wie Brennnessel, Salbei, Rosmarin... als Bund mit in den Topf geben und erwärmen. Oder ihr ersetzt das Wasser durch einen Kräutertee.
