500 g Brokkoli 🥦 30 g Rucola 🌿 1 Handvoll frische Kräuter 🌿 60 g Mandeln oder Cashews 2 EL Olivenöl 2 EL Hefeflocken oder Parmesan ½ TL Salz ½ TL Pfeffer 400 g Pasta 260 g Kichererbsen 1 Limette 2 EL Hanfsamen
Brokkoli in Röschen schneiden, Strunk schälen und in Stücke schneiden. In einer Pfanne mit Wasser bedeckt für etwa 8-10 Minuten weich köcheln, übriges Wasser abgiessen.
Brokkoli, Rucola, Kräuter, Mandeln, Olivenöl, Hefeflocken, Salz und Pfeffer in den Mixer geben und zerkleinern.
Pasta al dente kochen, dabei etwas Kochwasser aufbewahren.
Gekochte Pasta, Kichererbsen und das Brokkoli Pesto vermischen. Je nach Konsistenz nach Bedarf noch etwas Kochwasser unterrühren.
Auf Tellern anrichten, mit Limettensaft beträufeln und Hanfsamen garnieren.
