1. Свет — необходимый элемент фотосинтеза☀
При выборе лампы важно обратить внимание на её технические характеристики: мощность (в идеале 50-70 ватт на 1 кв.м.) , нагрев в процессе использования - нужна низкая теплоотдача и реальный охват площади освещенности растений на кв.м. Так же по стоит отдавать предпочтение лампам с приятным человеческому глазу свечением - полного спектра.

2. Расстояние.
Оптимальное расстояние от до лампы для взрослых и комнатных растений 25-30 см. По мере роста растения лампу необходимо сдвигать выше.

3. Время работы лампы.
Досвечивать растения необходимо по 3 часа утром и вечером, увеличив тем самым время «солнечных ванн» в пасмурную погоду. В зимний период для полной замены солнечного света необходимо 10-12 часов. Обязательно сохраняйте фиторежим день/ночь.

But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
