يعتقد بعض الصائمين الذين ابتلاهم الله بشرب الدخان ، أن تعاطي الدخان في نهار رمضان ليس من المُفـطرات ، لأنه ليس أكلاً ولا شرباً ، فما رأي فضيلتكم في هذا القول؟

❌ أرى أنه قول -لا أصل له- بل هو شُرب ، وهم يقولون : إنه #يشرب الدخان ، ويسمونه شرباً ، ثم إنه لا شك #يصل إلى المعدة وإلى الجوف ، وكل ما وصل إلى المعدة والجوف فإنه #مفطر ، سواء كان نافعاً أم ضارًّا ، حتى لو ابتلع الإنسان #خرزة سبحة مثلاً ، أو شيئاً من الحديد ، أو غيره فإنه يفـطر.
👈 فلا يشترط في المُفطر أو في الأكل والشرب أن يكون مغذياً ، أو أن يكون نافعاً ، فكل ما وصل إلى الجوف فإنه يعتبر أكلاً وشرباً ، وهم يعتقدون بل هم يعرفون أن هذا شُرب ولكن يقولون هذا -إن كان أحد قد قاله مع إني أستبعد أن يقوله أحد- لكن إن كان أحد قد قاله فإنما هو مُكابر.
👈 ثم إنه بهذه المناسبة أرى أن "شهر رمضان" فرصة لمَن صدق العزيمة ، وأراد أن يتخلص من هذا الدخان #الخبيث الضار ، أرى أنها فرصة لأنه سوف يكون مُمسكاً عنه طول نهار رمضان ، وفي الليل بإمكانه أن يتسلى عنه بما أباح الله له ، من الأكل والشرب والذهاب يميناً وشمالاً إلى المساجد ، وإلى الجلساء الصالحين ، وأن يبتعد عمّن ابتلوا بشربه ، فهو إذا امتنع عنه خلال الشهر فإن ذلك عون كبير على أن يدعه في بقية العمر ، وهذه فرصة يجب أن لا تفوت المدخنين.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts.
