1⃣ همانگونه که در زمان ثبت نام مقدماتی اعلام گردید اخذ دروس فارسی عمومی، زبان خارجه، مهارتهای زندگی و دروس عمومی گروه معارف در زمان ثبت نام اصلی تنها برای دانشجویانی امکانپذیر است که در ثبت نام مقدماتی این دروس را ثبت نموده باشند. در صورت عدم ثبت درس در ثبت نام مقدماتی اخذ آنها برای دانشجو در زمان ترمیم (27 بهمن 8 صبح تا 15) امکانپذیر خواهد بود.
2⃣ مسئولیت دروس اخذ شده و شرکت در کلاس گروههای صحیح درسی در طی نیمسال و اطلاع از ثبت یا حذف دروس در لیست انتظار بر عهده دانشجو می باشد.
3⃣ دانشجویان گرامی توجه فرمایید لطفا در زمان ثبت نام اصلی و تا پایان ترمیم با مشاهده گزارش "۸۸_ برنامه هفتگی در طول ثبت نام" وضعیت ثبت دروس و گروههای ثبت شده و وضعیت دروس لیست انتظار خود را بررسی نمایید تا از بروز اشکال در حضور در کلاس دروس و شرکت در امتحانات پیشگیری نمایید.
4⃣ بر اساس آیین‌نامه مقررات آموزشی، عدم مراجعه یا عدم انتخاب واحد دانشجو در هر نیمسال تحصیلی به منزله انصراف از تحصیل تلقی و برای دانشجو حکم انصراف از تحصیل صادر می‌شود.
