✅ کارگروه نیازسنجی و ارزیابی آموزشی کمیته دانشجویی توسعه آموزش دانشگاه جهت سنجش و ارزشیابی کیفیت منابع و زیرساخت های آموزش پزشکی از دانشجویان مقاطع بالینی و متعاقبا پیگیری از مراجع مربوطه فرم زیر را تدوین کرده است.
‼️ از دانشجویان مقاطع بالینی (کارآموزی و کارورزی) درخواست می شود جهت پایش کیفیت زیرساخت های آموزش بالینی فرم زیر را تکمیل نمایند:
