Санкт-Петербурга рассмотрел ходатайство следствия об избрании меры пресечения в виде заключения под стражу в отношении Андрея Жукова, обвиняемого в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч.3 ст.30 - п.ж ч.2 ст.105 УК РФ (https://www.group-telegram.com/br/SPbGS.com/14696).
21.05.2023 Жуков был задержан в порядке ст.91 УПК РФ. 22.05.2023 ему было предъявлено обвинение. Вину признал частично.
Обвиняемый и защитник не возражали.
Суд ходатайство следствия удовлетворил, избрав Жукову стражу по 20.07.2023.

Crude oil prices edged higher after tumbling on Thursday, when U.S. West Texas intermediate slid back below $110 per barrel after topping as much as $130 a barrel in recent sessions. Still, gas prices at the pump rose to fresh highs. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses. Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future.
