Приморский районный суд г. Санкт-Петербурга огласил приговор в отношении Азера Ганбарова, признанного виновным в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч.5 ст.171.1 УК РФ.
Ганбаров, имея умысел на хранение в целях сбыта в крупном размере немаркированных табачных изделий, осуществляя торговорозничную деятельность в арендуемом торговом помещении (месте) 22Н, расположенном по адресу: г. СПб, Приморский район, ул. Туристская д. 24/42 литер А, действуя умышленно, из корыстных побуждений, хранил с целью сбыта в арендуемом торговом помещении немаркированные специальными марками табачные изделия, изготовленные вне пределов РФ, а всего общим количеством 1 184 пачки, рыночной стоимостью 152 736 рублей, вплоть до момента производства обыска.
Ганбаров вину признал. Дело рассматривалось в особом порядке.
Суд назначил наказание в виде штрафа в размере 70 000 рублей.
