🔹دورهمی دانشجويان و اساتيد دانشكده مهندسی شيمی و نفت به مناسبت فرارسیدن روز دانشجو و سالروز تأسيس دانشكده روز سه شنبه ٢٠ آذر در همكف اين دانشكده برگزار شد. در اين برنامه كه از طرف معاونت دانشجويی دانشكده و با همکاری شورای صنفی دانشکده برگزار شد، سركار خانم دكتر حمزه لويان، معاون دانشجويي دانشكده، گزارشي از جلسه هفته گذشته با فعالان دانشجويي را ارائه كردند و جناب آقاي دكتر جمشيدی، رييس محترم دانشكده، و ساير اعضای هيأت علمی حاضر در جلسه نيز به گفت و گو با دانشجويان عزيز پرداختند.🌸

The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
